2. Username Accuracy

The purchaser is fully responsible for the accuracy of the Minecraft username entered at checkout. We cannot reverse allocations distributed to an unintended game profile due to a typo or incorrect username provided during purchase.

3. Server Rules & Bans

Active rank packages do not protect you from disciplinary action. If you violate server rules and receive a ban, you lose access to all associated virtual benefits without any entitlement to a refund.
