1. Before Payment Confirmation

You may cancel an order at any time before completing the final checkout step on PayU's payment page. Simply close or exit the payment window — no charge will be applied and no order will be recorded.

2. After Payment Confirmation

Once PayU confirms a successful payment, our systems immediately begin processing and delivering your in-game item. Because delivery is automated and near-instant, orders cannot be cancelled after payment is confirmed.

3. Delivery Issues

If you experience a delivery failure after a confirmed payment, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for resolution steps.
